At the Blogmistress, we’re a team of people who know WordPress and how it can work within the wider social media arena.

Within this team we have:

Sarah is already well-known as a successful blogger in the UK (so far!) and gets stuck in to make things happen. She runs several of her own blogs, including the fast-growing “Birds on the Blog”, and runs social media workshops throughout the south-east (so far!).  Sarah is vital to the Blogmistress team and having her working with us is a real privilege.

Mary brings her excellent customer service skills to the team and her role will grow as she brings a fresh approach, from a corporate background, to the Blogmistress.

And then we have a small army of geeks and associates that we work with as the need arises – from bespoke design to plugin programming to the WordPress Rescue team, and more… Whatever you need we can put our hands on the right person!

But who is “the Blogmistress”?

Now I’m still really not quite sure about terming myself as a “blogmistress”, and would not have thought of it but for a client of mine referring to me as such.  When looking after websites I would cringe at the term “webmistress” – ugh – but blogmistress has a certain something that works.  So…

I’m Barbara Saul.  I’ve worked with the Internet for a very long time now, starting off by building table-based websites and even then including plenty of optimisations for the search engines as standard – it all goes and works together.  And to cut a long story, in this current financial climate you still need your marketing to work hard for you, but you may have less cash to make that happen. WordPress offers a highly professional platform on which to base your Internet marketing.
