Much as we encourage you to DIY with WordPress, we understand that sometimes you want some help now and again. Not enough to need a business or premium support level, but just to maybe have us take care of the updates and keep an eye on things, to offer priority access to special offers, webinars and other such initiatives.
There are three options at this level:
The most basic, taking care of your plugin, theme and WordPress updates, ensuring backups are happening and stored, including email support, priority access to offers and webinars.
Should you need more attention…
If you want all the above plus to have half an hour of time spent on your WordPress – working on whatever you need each month, beyond the basics included, that is our second package.
And with either of these regular services, if you want an initial review of what you have so far, with suggestions for improvement – and if carried out at the same time as you start your maintenance, this is our 3rd package. If you don’t want the maintenance but do want the review – what we call a WordPress MOT – then get in touch.
