Thus the objective of anyone providing support in that field should be empowerment of their customers. I come from a technical background and now have non-technical businesses. I was fed-up of giving control of my websites to other people and wanted to find "online-freedom". To do that I needed help and discovered Babs! Now I am practically self sufficient.
