Now I’m not one for personally promoting just anything – it has to be fit for purpose and worth the investment – of time and money! And anything that’s potentially useful for us bloggers has to be considered and reviewed.
I’ve known of Paul Cunningham for some time; one of his personas is the Blogging Teacher – so the Blogmistress needs to know what he’s all about – and he knows his stuff – I read his newsletters (he’s more organised that we are here 😉 ) and take note of his advice and suggestions on the various forums in which we can both be found.
So – to this new book of his – How to Become a Successful Freelance Blogger.
How many of us would love to do nothing more than blog all day long (or even just part of the day)? I know that it’s not just me… Well Paul has been there and brought together his experiences to provide a guide for the rest of us to follow.
Without waffling he includes the various aspects of freelance blogging that have to be considered. And then tells you how to set about becoming a freelance blogger. Very clear, concise and just gets on with it. I thoroughly recommend this book to anyone who fancies setting themselves up as a freelance blogger.
He does not sugar-coat the experience or the work involved – it is hard work, but it can be done, perhaps more easily now that successful pro-bloggers like Paul show us the pitfalls and offer tips so that you can make money from your blogging sooner than they did. It is well worth the $24.
